Well Ive has some smaller crashes nothing major till this morning. I have ruined my lipo batter so I have been flying on my NMH batt. I was hovering around the yard going back and fourth when I started to bring it in to me tail first. Well It was comming in a bit too hot.(icro heli's are twitchey) I pushed forward and just didnt have to power to get out of it with this little battery.
The chopper hit the picnic table then bounced off of the pole to the car port. The main rotor blades flew off and my helicopter was laying there collapsed not looking all too well Smiley
However after further inspection I broke 2 sticks on the frame and 1 landing skid. The main blades are fine.
My old trainer(gear) is made of the same graphite and I have a spare set of metal skids. So after cutting on the old training gear they made perfect frame rods. I attatched everything and managed to get back to flying after about 30 minutes with the parts I had on hand. Turns out it looked worse than it was.  This little micro helicopter can sure take a beating Smiley
